| Tribunals | A type of court convened for example by the government to inquire into a specific matter. Though not a formal court, tribunals still have the power to make a decision to resolve a dispute. Usually chaired by a person with some legal qualifications, though the remainder of the members will not usually be qualified. Employment tribunals deal with disputes between employers and employees. |

| Trusts | The administration of property by one person on behalf of another, and the creation of such trusts, including charitable trusts. |
