Management of Rights	The management of music copyrights particularly relating to the licensing of such rights by and to record companies, broadcasters, mobile networks, internet service providers and computer software companies and the collection and distribution of revenues arising from the usage of such rights.

Matrimonial	All legal issues surrounding marriage, for example actions of divorce and separation.

Media & Entertainment	Media is the collective term for the press, films, radio, and television. Particular legal issues which surround the media concern copyright, libel and rules governing ownership.

Monopolies and Mergers	A monopoly occurs when a company has almost sole control of the market for a particular product or service, resulting in competition being restricted or excluded. A merger is the union of two businesses; one ceases to exist, which often has an important effect on competition.

Mortgages	A conditional transfer of property, used as security for the repayment of a loan.
