Judicial ReviewA form of legal action in which the court assesses the legality of something done by government, including administrative decisions and the adoption of secondary legislation.
 
JuvenileJuvenile offenders receive special treatment and the overriding emphasis is on rehabilitation rather than punishment, with criminal proceedings being avoided wherever possible. There is a juvenile court where crimes committed by children are tried.
