Allan MacIntyre, partner in Ami Law, Solicitors, is Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Incapacity Law. We are experienced in Guardianships and related work. Cases are undertaken throughout Scotland both privately and on a Legal Aid basis. We also prepare Powers of Attorney. We are willing to travel to meet clients in Hospital, Nursing Homes and their own homes if desired (There is an extra charge for this service).
Other private client work in the area of Trusts, Tax Planning, Wills and Executry administration is also undertaken.
