Profile: You can trust Brethertons LLP Solicitors to provide you with a quality service, delivered in an exceptional way.

We're growing rapidly, and with around 160 staff, we are one of the largest firms of solicitors in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire - we've doubled in size in the last two years!

We operate from 6 offices located in Banbury, Rugby and London making us conveniently located for the M40 corridor, with good transport links to Birmingham, Oxford and London.

From our early origins as a private client firm, often advising farmers and landowners, Brethertons has grown as the towns around us have grown and developed. We are now one of the largest firms of solicitors in Oxfordshire and Warwickshire, employing over 160 people and we operate from 6 office locations in Banbury, Rugby and London.

We are recognised for our legal capabilities in the Legal 500 directory of UK law firms and Chambers and Partners directory. And the firm has responded well to a changing environment.

Steady Growth
In the recent years, Brethertons has seen the most change, growing steadily and doubling in size in the past 10 years, introducing a strong corporate team providing advice and assistance to companies and directors, including a dedicated commercial property team.

Commercial
In 1995, Rugby-based Brethertons merged with Banbury-based corporate commercial firm Auld & Jardine and this gave us a foothold into a second county, Oxfordshire, and further enhanced our commercial offering. Approximately half of the firm?s work is commercial in nature including litigation, commercial property and debt recovery, and half is advising individuals on private client matters including wealth planning, conveyancing and family law.

Impressive clients
Today, clients of the firm include well-known listed companies, owner-managed businesses, SMEs and individuals including, directors, accountants, IFAs, managers, those of high net worth and landowners.
