Corporate: The London office has always been at the forefront of the cross-border mergers and acquisitions, financing and joint venture transactions, including acting for clients seeking to access the US and European capital markets. Its lawyers offer English law expertise in all aspects of private and public mergers and acquisitions and have extensive experience in the City Code governing public takeovers in the UK and the European Takeovers Directive.
