Types of work undertaken
As a full service law firm, Foot Anstey delivers the spectrum of services associated with a major regional law firm which has doubled in size in the past five years and has a turnover of £20m.
It delivers expertise in the core areas of banking and debt recovery, commercial and financial services litigation, employment, insurance, IP/IT and trademarks, property, restructuring and insolvency, planning and property & construction litigation.
Foot Anstey has a highly respected media team which advises clients across the country and within its property team, specialist units provide residential conveyancing services.
The firm also provides private and publicly funded legal services and offers expertise in advocacy, childcare, family finance and clinical negligence with several of its specialist teams being among the strongest in the region.
Foot Anstey has also established a dedicated tax team led by John Pindard advising both business and individuals; has recruited former local authority chief executive Gareth Pinwell to head its planning and public sector team and is further strengthening its dispute resolution and corporate practices. |
