Based in London, we offer support to projects throughout the UK and Europe. We employ a computerised practice management system to deliver a quality assured personal service to our clients. Services for the Public Sector We advise local authorities and other public bodies on the procurement of new facilities and services using PPP and partnership structures, including advice on legal powers, enabling legislation, consents and approvals, OJEU procedures and competitive tendering requirements, production of tender documents, drafting and negotiation of contracts, tender evaluation and deal closure. We also advise on the myriad of legal and regulatory issues impacting on partnership projects, such as employment and pensions law, public and administrative law, dealings with property, construction and development.
