From 1st October 2008, every owner of a commercial property being sold or rented is required to have an Energy Performance Certificate. It will be the responsibility of the landlord or seller to provide any prospective tenant or buyer with a valid EPC at the earliest opportunity.

Lawyers Hit the Books at Local Schools
Volunteers from Leeds law firm Lee & Priestley LLP have gone back to the classroom to help local children improve their reading skills. The scheme, set up and run through the Learning Partnership, aims to help improve reading standards in primary schools, with particularly emphasis on schools in inner city Leeds.
