Local man to receive massive compensation
Hart Brown solicitors has fought a long and hard battle for compensation on behalf of a local man, Darren Anderson, and his family. On 3 November 2008 a final settlement of the case means that Darren and his family are to receive a massive compensation payout which could run to in excess of £5 million over his lifetime, having sued the South East Coast NHS Strategic Health Authority (as successor to the West Surrey Health Authority), for clinical negligence.
