With close to 50 people working from our offices at 32 Friar Lane, in the centre of Leicester, we have been helping people with their personal legal problems for over 25 years.
Our partnership with the Legal Services Commission through Contracting and Quality Mark Awards provides, for those that qualify, access to public funding across the Community.
We are close to the courts and prisons and are one of the largest providers of Criminal Defendant based Legal Services in Leicester. For crime department, with 1 partner and a team of qualified solicitors and legal clerks, we cover the complete range of criminal cases.
Our Family department provides a complete service with over 25 years of combined qualified experience at Partner level. Child Care work is headed by Manjit Obhi supported by Holly Cross, associate, and Divorce and Ancillary Relief services provided through Ashwin Topiwala, assisted by a team of solicitors, legal clerks and support staff.
Dodds & Partners Family Mediation Services, an operational division of Dodds & Partners, was formed in February 2000 to provide independent Family Mediation services to assist those involved in family breakdown as an alternative to the court process.
