Bramsdon and Childs are a traditional high street law firm and have been in Portsmouth since 1878. Our founder, Sir Thomas Bramsdon was interested in the welfare of children and was largely responsible for the creation of the Children Act 1908. Philip Childs was brought into the firm around 1893 and each were president of the Coroners Society of England and Wales. Over the years the practice has evolved and now offers services in family, property and civil litigation and has offices in Southsea and Portsmouth.
