Atkinson Ferbrache Richardson opened its doors in April 2007.

The firm offers a full range of legal services to business, and trust and private clients.

The firm started from a very strong base.  The founding partners, Peter Atkinson, Mark Ferbrache and Paul Richardson are well known and highly regarded within the legal community and between them have been practising for over 75 years.

Peter, Mark and Paul have been joined by some of their former colleagues, including Advocates Sarah Wallis, Sara Mallett and Simon Geall, and senior conveyancer Jerry Woodward, who has over 35 years’ experience in his field. Two Solicitors, Glen Symons and Claire Purdue, are also members of the firm, together with a full complement of experienced support staff.  2008 saw two further lawyers joining the practice, Michael Sproule, a Solicitor, and Michael McKean as a Consultant.

We have a highly skilled and friendly team offering practical advice and court room expertise to both the business community and private clients.

Our focus is on providing a responsive high level service and we put our clients at the very top of our priorities. We aim to blend our traditional values with a modern outlook and can-do attitude. We tailor our advice to the specific needs of our clients. Our size enables us to be responsive and agile.
